Ayfer Karamani (1933), one of the prominent figures in Turkish ceramic art, eloquently captures the intricate inner world and profound emotions of humanity through the creation of exquisite sculptures infused with love and passion.
Following graduation from the Textile and Ceramics Departments of the Istanbul State Academy of Fine Arts in 1957, the artist embarked on a successful artistic career. Karamani’s works have been exhibited in different cities across Turkey and on prominent international institutions, including the Venice Biennale. Her works have been acquired by prestigious collections.
