Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping costs and delivery timelines for artworks vary depending on the destination, the physical characteristics of the artwork, and the level of shipping service required.

Orders are dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation. Tracking information will be provided once available.

International shipments are sent Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, customs charges, and applicable taxes are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are billed directly by the shipping carrier and are non-refundable.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an artwork has been delivered, except in the case of damage incurred during transit.

If an artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us in writing within 2 business days of delivery at [email protected]. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. The notification must include clear photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons of preference, change of mind, scale, color, texture, framing, or any other subjective assessment.

Where a damage claim is approved, return shipping must be arranged exclusively by us to ensure appropriate handling and insurance. Buyers may not arrange their own return shipping under any circumstances.

If a return is approved due to transit damage, insured return shipping costs will be covered by us. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. Import duties, VAT, and customs charges paid at delivery are not recoverable.

Returned artworks must be received in the same condition as delivered, including all original packaging. Any additional damage, improper handling, or missing packaging will void the claim. If the artwork is deemed unsaleable due to damage beyond transit-related issues, no refund will be issued.
