Objectives

Implementation
Our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion policy underlines that we implement:
- Ongoing training to promote awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusion issues for all staff, volunteers and stakeholders. This training will encompass identifying and challenging unconscious biases, understanding the negative impact of exclusionary practices, and fostering an inclusive mindset.
- Recruitment process which is fair and transparent, actively seeking candidates from diverse backgrounds. We aim to provide equal opportunities for career advancement and recognition based on merit and talent.
- A curatorial approach which actively seeks and encourages artists from various cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, and genders to exhibit work exploring a plethora of societal issues on our platform.
- Digital accessibility and inclusion to ensure our art is accessible to all visitors and participants.
